A. Contact us to check our availability. We've photographed at most wedding locations on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, The Big Island and Lanai, so we're most likely familiar with yours.

We're available for assignment in North America and all major destination wedding locations. If you're having your wedding outside the Hawaiian Islands, you still can have the Perfekt Photo experience!

Q. Where do you have your appointments?

A. We meet all of our couples at the Wedding Cafe, Ward Warehouse.

Q. Can you describe your photography style?

A. When we're not shooting weddings, we photograph for magazines and fashion clients. Our blend of photography is definitely editorial. We capture your once in a lifetime moments - candidly. But, we also have a flair for fashion. For portraits we setup lighting like a fashion set, just like the runway shows. We love to make everyone look like models!



Q. We didn't see a service that fits our needs. Can you customize a package for us?

A. We'd be happy to customize the perfect service for you. Just ask. We can add coverage for your rehearsal dinner, additional photographers, photo slideshows, parent albums and enlargement gifts for the wedding party. The photography time may also be customized, with some exceptions on premium wedding dates (weekends and holidays).



Q. Do you give us the copyright to the wedding photos?

A. We give you a permission letter to take to your photo lab for making reprints. You can make as many copies as you like. You're welcome to post the photos online, or to share with your friends and family. Perfekt Photo retains the actual copyright to the photographs.



Q. Do you have travel fees?

A. There are no travel fees for Honolulu weddings. North shore locations add $200. For neighbor island weddings, there's a $800 travel fee. North America destinations start from $2000. Travel fees are all inclusive and cover air, room and car expenses for our team.



Q. What's the deposit for weddings, and are they refundable?

A. A $500 deposit is required to reserve your wedding day. Deposits are non-refundable, but if your wedding date should change, it may be applied to your new wedding date. Also, you can use your deposit for other services, like a family portrait.



Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes, we accept credit cards through Paypal (with a 3% processing fee).



Q. After the wedding, how long does it take for our photos to be ready? What about wedding albums?

A. You'll have your photos and DVD delivered four weeks after your wedding. Designbook albums have a four month turnaround time.
